John A. Monteleone joined the WCAAA Board in October 2025, bringing a wide-ranging background in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit service. He spent 22 years at the DuPont Company in roles spanning Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Materials Management, and later founded Monteleone & Associates, a consulting practice serving public, private, and nonprofit organizations. John is committed to strengthening WCAAA’s impact across its 41-town region through partnership-building and fundraising support. His community involvement includes serving as a Southbury Selectman, board member for the NVCC Foundation, adjunct professor at several Connecticut colleges, and leadership roles within the Connecticut Community Foundation and Rotary District 7980, where he is the Tribury Rotary Club President for 2025–2026.
