Board of Directors and Advisory Council

Jim is a retired Human Resources executive with over 30 years of experience at Fortune 100 companies, specializing in strategic talent management, organizational transformation and executive development.  Known for aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, Jim has played a key role in driving growth, culture, and performance across global enterprises. 

Since August 2023, Jim has volunteered with the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging (WCAAA) as a Certified CHOICES Counselor, providing guidance on Medicare and Medicaid to older adults, persons with disabilities and caregivers. His work supports WCAAA’s mission by helping clients navigate complex healthcare systems and resolve coverage issues thereby promoting informed decision-making and independence. 

With his retirement in 2023, Jim feels a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunities he has had – and a strong desire to give back.  With time, experience and energy to offer, Jim’s excited to dedicate the next chapter to meaningful volunteer work and is especially drawn to opportunities where he can make a real difference – whether by using his professional skills, supporting underserved communities, or simply giving back where help is needed most.
