Resident Service Coordination
The WCAAA’s Board of Directors has always been committed to maximizing our presence within the wider 41 town area. Board members also have wished to ensure that seniors in the 41 towns who may be isolated in senior housing complexes do not have easy access to information about services. Therefore, the WCAAA has pursued federal, state and local funding sources for Resident Service Coordination. Resident Service Coordinators are well trained in benefits, services and programs so that they are able to help residents on site complete applications and follow through to approval process.
