Waterbury BRASS Provider Network Meetings
Provider Network Meetings are coordinated by the BRASS Information and Benefits Specialist out of the Western CT Area Agency on Aging. The meeting serves as a free training module for professionals working with the older population in the Western CT area who are interested in learning more about a specific topic, while establishing connections with other professionals in the community. In addition, attending these meetings is an opportunity to review difficult case scenarios and receive feedback form different perspectives. Past Provider Network Meetings have addressed topics like: Transportation Resources, The Department of Social Services, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Appeals and Advocacy, and Veteran’s Benefits. All presentations are conducted by experienced professionals who have a strong background in the topic being presented.
